DMCA Disclaimer

1. Copyright Infringement & Indexing Policy

**Filmverse** respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and copyright owners. We operate strictly as an automated, crawler-based index of publicly available video streams and embeds.

We do not upload, host, transmit, control, or store any audio, video, or digital media files on our own servers. Our portal merely matches searches with external URLs that reside on third-party video storage platforms.

2. Actionable Removal Notices (DMCA)

If your copyrighted work is indexed on our search queries and you want the link removed from our index, you must submit a formal, written notification to our support desk.

To process your request, your DMCA notice must include the following details:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., exact title, registration info).
  3. Identification of the material on **Filmverse** that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific **absolute URL path** (e.g., `https://www.filmverse.online/movie/12345`). General search terms or home page lists will not be processed.
  4. Sufficient contact info (Email address is required, phone number, and physical mailing address).
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Takedown Request Delivery

Please send your actionable DMCA takedown requests to our email address:

dmca@filmverse.online

Please allow **48 to 72 hours** for our technical team to process, validate, and permanently remove the indexed URLs from our search query listings.

4. External Host Removal

IMPORTANT NOTE: Removing an indexed link from Filmverse only deletes it from our catalog directory search listings. It does **NOT** delete the actual media file from the internet or the third-party server. To completely delete the media content, you must contact the webmasters of the specific hosting platforms (e.g., SmashyStream, VidSrc, etc.) where the file is physically stored.
